Dr. Brian Salesin is a native of the Detroit area and graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He is a State of Michigan licensed specialist in periodontics, having completed a three-year residency program from the University of Michigan. Additionally, Dr. Salesin holds a Master’s degree in Periodontics from the University of Michigan. He held a longtime faculty position at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor with teaching and research responsibilities. He maintains active membership in the Michigan Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, the International Implant Society, Alpha Omega International Dental Society. Florida Dental Association, National Association of Realtors and Florida Realtor Association.

Dr. Salesin is an accomplished periodontist, innovative, consultative transformational leader with extensive experience in both general dentistry and periodontics, optimizing productivity, profitability, and patient satisfaction in clinical practices. Additionally, he is an influential professional with over thirty years of providing continuing educations courses to an expanded referral base as well as being an adaptable, self-motivated executive with a dynamic career in dentistry, periodontics, and operations management.

Having founded and managed an 8 operatory general and specialty practice with over 8,000 active patients, 5 general dentists, 2 periodontists, 1 endodontist, and 1 oral surgeon he grew revenue by 30 % in three years through strategic planning and innovative leadership prior to brokering the sale of the practice and the dental building (private investors) to a multi-state Dental Service Organization (DSO).

Dr. Salesin has owned and worked at six different dental practices, diagnosing and treating periodontal conditions for a diverse patient base. Partnered with teams of dentists, dental assistants, and office staff to deliver exceptional care and ensure compliance at all times. This included a new referral based periodontal practice with 5 operatories that provided periodontal plastic surgery, dental implants, and TMJ treatments, on 20-hours a week with revenue surpassing $1M.

Additionally, he was in a longtime partnership with a group of general dentists, for over 25 years, and grew their fourteen operatory, 54 employee, dental practice into a $5M+ general and specialty practice and orchestrated its sale in 2015 to a private practice group.

In 2022, Dr. Salesin relocated to Sarasota and is now a dental/medical practice sales transition specialist with Robbins Commercial Realtors.
