Drew Shepherd was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, but has called Sarasota his home since 1990. He attended the University of Central Florida where he studied business. He graduated in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance. Upon graduation, Drew immediately followed his heart and entered the field of real estate and finance where he has been licensed and active as a Realtor, Mortgage Broker, Building Contractor and Real Estate Developer. Drew has collective experience in real estate and related activities of over 33 years.
Drew currently holds licenses as a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and State Certified Building Contractor. Drew is also a member of the Local and National Association of Realtors.
