Tate has lived in the Sarasota/Manatee area since 1979 and has extensive experience in real estate, land planning, and building in excess of 40 years.
He graduated from the University of South Florida, Tampa. He is an avid golfer, and serves on a number of boards at his place of worship, and is involved in a number of non-profits that include marine science, bay waters restoration, and children’s health.
