Minimum 5-night stay (shorter stays subject to higher nightly rate). Refundable $500 security deposit required. Rates subject to 12% tax, cleaning fee, and reservation fee. 3 percent fee applies to credit card payments; checks accepted to avoid this fee. Holiday rates are higher. No smoking permitted.
