Jessica Burdick is a seasoned operations manager who wholeheartedly embraces her role as a mentor and advocate for her firm. She takes great pride in supporting and empowering her team members to reach their fullest potential. Known for her open-door policy and approachable nature, Jessica creates a safe and welcoming space for the firm's agents to voice their concerns, seek guidance, and share ideas. She actively listens, provides constructive feedback, and collaborates with them to find effective solutions. 

Jessica obtained her Real Estate license in 2005, and has served in multiple roles in the real estate industry ever since. In 2007, she returned to the Sarasota area after college and was an agent in her family’s real estate firm for many years and also ran the day-to-day and marketing operations. Since 2015, Jessica has been in the role of Operations Manager, a position that also includes marketing, website design, event planning as well as executive assistant to broker, Loyd Robbins.  Her expertise are further expanded as she worked as a real estate closer for Ledbetter Law Group in Venice, FL.  Her knowledge of the real estate transaction from every aspect gives her leverage above other agents in the area. Jessica's passion lies in helping people, whether it's supporting her office team or assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.

Jessica is an active member of the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce, the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance and RASM. During her downtime, she enjoys playing golf with her partner, Andre and raising her daughter, Juliana and bonus daughter, Ashley.
