Scott Spencer is a Sarasota Native and Sarasota High School graduate (1981).  He attended Manatee Community College and the University of Florida majoring in Criminal Justice.  Scott then attended The Bert Rodgers School of Real Estate in Tampa and has been a licensed Florda REALTOR® since 1988.    Scott specializes in residential real estate, investment/rental properties, property management and corporate personnel relocations.  He is a member of The National Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors and the Realtors Association of Sarasota/Manatee (RASM).  In fact, Scott has been involved with many Sarasota Association of Realtors committees during his nearly 40 years of service including past Orientation Committees and Scholarship Committees.  He has also obtained both the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Relocation Specialist (CRRS) designations.

Scott enjoys being actively involved with UF Alumni events, Habitat for Humanity, and Little League Baseball.  Scott also enjoys owning classic cars and he is also involved with many classic car clubs and events throughout the state.
